We’re Nicole and Troy, and Latitude Escapes grew from our love of sunshine, the water, and the kind of time away that brings people closer.

After years of traveling together, we learned that a memorable getaway isn’t only about where you stay—it’s about how that place makes you feel. We created Latitude 26 as a private waterfront retreat where couples and close friends can slow down, reconnect, and experience Southwest Florida a little differently.
